This website at vijayamilk.com is published by Krishna District Milk Producers Mutually Aided Co-operative Union Ltd., trading as Vijaya Dairy, of Krishna Milk Union, Chittinagar, Fraserpeta, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520001, India.

By browsing the site or submitting a form you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no physical signature.

This is an informational website for the co-operative, its products and its work. It is not an online shop. No payment is taken here and no order is placed here.

Where a page links to Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket or another retail partner, that purchase is a contract between you and that platform, on their terms, and we are not a party to it.

We take care that product descriptions, weights, shelf life and nutritional information on this site are accurate at the time of publication. Even so:

• Packaging, formulation and pack sizes change. The label on the pack in your hand is the authoritative statement, and it prevails over anything on this site.
• Photographs are indicative. Colour, garnish and serving suggestion may differ from the product supplied.
• Availability and price vary by outlet, town and season. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell at a stated price.
• Allergen and dietary information is provided in good faith. If you have a medical condition or a serious allergy, read the pack and, where it matters, ask us before consuming.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or impersonating information through any form, including someone else's contact details or résumé.
• Attempt to gain access to the administrative panel, any account, server or database, or to probe, scan or test the security of the site.
• Introduce malware, run automated scraping that degrades the service, or bypass a rate limit.
• Use the site to send unlawful, defamatory, obscene or infringing material, or anything prohibited by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules.
• Copy the site's content or design to represent yourself as Vijaya Dairy or as an authorised dealer, distributor or agent.

We may withdraw access, remove a submission or refer a matter to the authorities where these terms are broken.

Submitting a contact enquiry, distributorship request or job application creates no obligation on either side. In particular:

• A distributorship is appointed only under a separate written agreement, after due diligence. Nothing on this site is an offer of appointment.
• We never charge a fee for a job application, an interview, or a distributorship enquiry. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay — report it to us at sales.kamadhenuproject@gmail.com.
• Material you send us that is not personal data — a suggestion or an idea, for instance — may be used by us without restriction or payment.

The Vijaya name and crown device, the Krishna Milk Union marks, and the text, photographs, illustrations, video and layout of this site are owned by the union or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, republication, adaptation or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Links to partner platforms, social networks and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. Follow a link at your own discretion.

We aim to keep the site available and current, but we give no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and update these terms, without prior notice.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by Indian law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from reliance on information on this site that has since changed.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including in relation to the quality and safety of the products we sell.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the site or these terms, without prejudice to any consumer forum you are entitled to approach.
