This website is operated by Krishna District Milk Producers Mutually Aided Co-operative Union Ltd., trading as Vijaya Dairy — a farmer-owned dairy co-operative registered in Andhra Pradesh, India, with its office at Krishna Milk Union, Chittinagar, Fraserpeta, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520001, India.

In the language of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, and you are the Data Principal. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We only collect what a form asks for. There is no hidden tracking on this site, no advertising pixel, and no third-party analytics script.

Information you give us

• Contact enquiries — your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
• Newsletter — your email address, and nothing else.
• Distributor applications — your name, mobile number, email, the area you wish to serve, your postal address, and optionally your business name, planned investment and trade experience.
• Job applications — your name, email, phone number, a note if you write one, and the résumé file you upload.

Information collected automatically

• Your IP address, held briefly and in memory only, so that a single source cannot flood our forms. It is not written to a database and is discarded within the hour.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider — request time, URL, response code and user agent — used for security and fault diagnosis.

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we ask that people under 18 do not submit forms on this site without a parent's or guardian's involvement.

Under the DPDP Act we process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and for the certain legitimate uses the Act permits. Specifically:

• To answer your enquiry, or to call you back about it.
• To assess a distributorship request and, if it proceeds, to negotiate an appointment with you.
• To evaluate a job application and contact you about the role.
• To send the newsletter you asked for — and only that. We do not sell, rent or trade any list.
• To keep the site secure, to prevent abuse of our forms, and to meet a legal or regulatory obligation where one applies.

We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not take automated decisions that produce a legal effect on you.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to run the service:

• Our hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions and uploaded files on our behalf under a processing arrangement.
• Our email delivery provider, which sends the notification and acknowledgement mail attached to a submission.
• A public authority, where we are required by Indian law, a court order, or a lawful request to disclose it.

Some of these providers operate infrastructure outside India. Where a transfer occurs, it is limited to what the service requires and is made only to countries not restricted for such transfers by the Central Government.

• Contact enquiries — up to 24 months after the matter is closed.
• Distributor applications — up to 36 months, since an application often revisits an earlier conversation.
• Job applications and résumés — up to 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
• Rate-limiting records — under one hour, in memory only.

When a period ends, the record is erased, unless a specific legal or accounting obligation requires us to retain it for longer.

As a Data Principal you may ask us to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed.
• Correct anything inaccurate, or complete anything missing.
• Erase your data, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for.
• Withdraw consent at any time — as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
• Complain to us first and, if unsatisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to sales.kamadhenuproject@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily inside 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server, rate-limited per source, and written to an access-controlled database. Uploaded résumés are held in private storage that is not publicly addressable, and the administrative panel is behind session authentication and is excluded from search engines.

No system is perfect. If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and a material change will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
